Please read this document, terms and conditions carefully. It is very important to read and understand these terms and conditions to avoid any disputes later.
A. General
1. This web site is owned and administered by Xeont Computer Solutions.
2. Xeont Computer Solutions reserves the right to change or revise the contents of this web site.
3. It is deemed that these terms and conditions had been accepted by you when visiting and using this web site and getting services from Xeont Computer Solutions.
4. Definitions:
Service provider: Xeont Computer Solutions is the service provider, also referred herein after as Xeont, we or us.
Customer: person or organization who seeks and get services from us also referred herein after as you.
B. Placing Orders
1. Ordering the items should be done on the form given in the Order Form given in web site. The information required are also to be provided. Please also refer “Privacy and Security” in this site
2. All prices listed on the web site are for internet orders only.
3. Prices given in the web site are prices prevailing at that point of time and is subjected to change. All care will be taken to update the prices soon after any change has occurred.
4. Customer may inquire, verify get confirm on the prices by e-mailing or telephoning.
5. All the items displayed in the web site may not be available in stock. If so Earliest Time of Arrival (ETA) will be advised.
C. Dispatching
1. The goods will be dispatched by Australian Post. No sales will be done over the counter.
D. Shipping
1. No overseas shipping will be entertained.
E. Cancellation
1. Request for cancelling an order must be made within 24 hours.
2. Cancellation should be communicated, by telephone, to a senior sales manager over the telephone giving all the references etc. Written request would also be reequired to be sent at the same time.
3. Cancellations after dispatching will result the customer to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and also the cost of shipping the package back.
4. Cancellations of orders of assembled systems will be charged 15% as cancellation fee. We cannot refund any software which has already been registered. Therefore software orders which are cancelled may incur higher fees.
5. Cancellation of specially ordered items will also be charged 15% cancellation fee.
F. Payments
1. Payments for online orders will be done by Paypal only.
G. Warranty
1. Conditions of warranty are fully described in the item description in the website.
2. All items sold by us will carry standard manufacturer’s warranty, if not otherwise stated.
3. All sales under special prices, stock clearance sales etc., will not carry warrantees.
4. The systems built or assembled by us will carry 1 year warranty on hardware and workmanship.
5. System warranty does not cover peripheral components used with the system built by us.
6. The warrantees are not transferable.
7. There will be refund of money on warrantees. Repairs and replacement will be done by us.
8. Warranty will be void if the items are handled by unauthorized persons attempting repairs or modifications.
9. We do not guarantee the saved data in returned items will be protected. We advice the customers to keep back-up of those data.
10. It is experienced the non-faulty items are returned. If any item returned is found to be non-faulty, the customer will be charged the handling and postage charges.
11. Any personal data will be not covered by warranty.
